Thats a bit unusual. The first thing I would suggest that you try, is to turn off the multimedia plugins filter and see if the audio files start playing. Sometimes if both the PoodLL filter and multimedia plugins filter try to work on the same .mp3 file at the same time, they end up both messing it up. turning off one of or the other filter temporarily should tell you if that is the case.
