We are using the LTi plugin. And very nice it is too (after initial struggles).
But we understood that the generated usernames in the LTi provider were made up of the consumer identifier
# the launch url supplied by the provider (Moodle LTI)
$launch_url = "http://localhost/local/ltiprovider/tool.php?id=1";
# identifier of consumer can be any string(e.g. consumer_LMS) but seems sensible it indicates which consumer when more than one
$consumer_key = "consumerLocation1";
# the secret supplied by the provider (Moodle LTI)
$secret = "7c92c079fff371188fc496";
and a hash of the username.
But what we get is : ltiproviderc5ee1a2c0458b53e8d1b0734bc62ec68d8e31ebfd1
Is that what others see and is there any way to get the consumer key to replace ltiprovider so we get in the case of the example above:
Very much appreciate any thoughts. Cheers
