I am having a similar problem. I added this string to the .htaccess file
RewriteEngine On RewriteRule ^static/(.*).html$ /local/staticpage/view.php?page=$1&%{QUERY_STRING} [L]
Uploaded html code - webtesst.html
both Url. do not pull the page
