The survey could be done before too. In fact after the survey i would have more detailed informations. Right now we are looking for options. I think the survey will be done soon.
About the user role: i think during the postings some infos did go wrong.
The users the should use this "new block" should not use admin-functions. I just want to have a defalut course-administration block with reduced items on that list.
But form your post i see a new idea. I could indeed extend the already existing block administration by a new item on top with the "top 5" functions (collapsing).
