This is sorted. I just had to make sure that all settings are correct. I have been playing with different combinations earlier, my bad.
BTW, is it possible to send the content of the "feedback" by email and not just a notification that the form has been completed? The purpose of having it in front page is to have a contact form to which we can respond if needed.
