Download the appropriate version from https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=block_yammer
Unzip it
Copy it to /path/to/your/moodle/blocks (inside this directory that is)
Rename it 'yammer'
In Moodle go to Site administration > Notifications
