So I decided last night to update my test site from Moodle 3.1 to 3.2RC2....and one thing I can't seem to resolve is the very large area around any CSS value I target in user tours now.
Previously I liked how the User Tours highlighted a CSS tag quite tightly, but a change seems to have been made and a bit of padding is showing around things that get highlighted...and I can't figure out how to add some CSS into the site to get rid of it.
