Class List formatting inconsistency

Class List formatting inconsistency

I have a number of categories of classes but the formatting is inconsistent and I have no idea how that happened and what I need to do to create consistency.

Here's what they look like:







I'd like them to all look like the first one, for the art classes.
Can anyone help with this? I thought I set up the categories exactly the same way. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it?

Nothing like posting a question to help find an answer. After taking a break and coming back to this, I discovered that the formatting is set in Site Administration>Appearance and is based on the number of classes in a list. I was able to change that default to a lower number to create the uniform look I wanted.
