Navigation block not visible on all pages

Navigation block not visible on all pages

I am using Moodle 3.0.4. I have changed the navigation block configuration to Only administration pages. Now I want to show Navigation block to all the pages. 


When I go to Navigation Configuration page. I can not see the option for this now. How do I change it back to default?

It could be because you are on an administration page when clicking on the settings cog. It may be worth you removing all instances of the block from around the site, then browsing to the front page and adding the navigation block there. Then you can get it to propagate throughout all pages?
