Sure... Moodle_migration

1. backup moodle directory

2.backup moodledata directory

3. backup moodle DB

4. Restore moodle directory

5. restore moodledata directory

6. restore DB

7. edit config.php for new Domain name

8. might have to run the DB search and replace for old URL
