Duplicating Activities and Resources in 3.1

We recently upgraded to Moodle 3.1 and now I can't duplicate activities or resources within a course. When I select 'Duplicate' on an existing activity or resource, I get this error. "unknown error".

 Also when I try to import activities or resources from other courses, it starts to import, goes to about 75% percent and is stuck there.

Any ideas?

Hello,

what course format are you using? Can you enable developer debugging and replicate it - this will give more details about the error.
