Hi there,
There a brand new moodle (v 3.1) and I'm not being able to add an external service.
Going to Site Administration > Plugins > Web Services > External services, and it's possible to click on add and fill the form, but even if I fill the required field (Name), and try do Add the service, I got the error "A required parameter (id) was missing".

I also tried enabling web services and setting an protocol to see if I got a different end. But moodle keeps returning "A required parameter (id) was missing"
Can't understand what configuration I'm missing. Could anyone help?
