Enrolling to courses through the moodle mobile app?

In our organization we also use moodle a lot for smaller courses meant to be accessed through the mobile app, but as it is now it seems that I can only access courses that I am already enrolled in on the app. 

I therefore have this question: Is it in any way possible to enroll yourself to courses through the moodle mobile app?

I mean, I can search and find courses in the app, no problem, but it says “you can not enroll yourself in this course” on the enrolment page, even though it is open for me.

I believe there is an Enrol Me button built into the app. But if the page Enrolment Methods aren't setup correctly, it won't allow self enrolment on the website let alone the app.

but the courses are just open (not requiring enrolment) or they are configured to allow users to enrol themselves?
