In most browsers, these days, you can right-click on an element on the page, then select 'Inspect'. That will tell you exactly the HTML that is generating the element and give you a chance to look at the CSS styles that make it look like it does.
Spoiler (in this case): it's a link tag, with some styling to make it look like a button.
