I believe it would be an improvement if a text box (which could be used for quiz's instructions, for example) could be optionally selected to appear at the top of each quiz page. It could simply repeat the "description" field that is displayed in the preface page containing the attempt quiz button or ideally completely unique.
I can, currently, add this info to (precede) the first question on a page, but then I can't randomize the question display order.
