Device registry at mdl_user_devices but not show at messaging preferences

when I open the custom app the device registry at mdl_user_devices table but this user when enter at messaging preferences at mobile notifications not show the device. 

Anyone know why?

Hi,

this is because your Moodle installation is not properly configured (not pointing to your Airnotifier instance) or your airnotifier instance is not reachable from the server where Moodle is installed.

Thanks another time Juan,

my airnotifier instance it's reachable from the server. The error that moodle give me it's 

{"error": "Invalid token"}
why can be?
