Hope someone has some information about the stack-plugin. Will Stack will be available for moodle 3.1 and if so, when will it be available?

I think it works. However, before updating the plugins database to say that, I tried to run all the automated tests, and some of them failed, so I was not prepared to mark it as compatible in the plugins database until I had got to the bottom of that, and I have not had time.

If you are able to try the latest STACK with Moodle 3.1 on a test server, it would be really useful to know if it works for you.

Edit: Sorry - a few minutes later i've found the correct Topic STACK plot Problem.

Have trouble with plotting, caused by a missing param-questionmark in the img-source-URL, for example something like this:
<img id="yui_123" alt="STACK auto-generated plot of [x^4/(1+x^4),(4*x^3)/(1+x^4)-(4*x^7)/(1+x^4)^2] with parameters x,-3,3"

Right, so MDL-50268 is now fixed, and if you can upgrade to the latest 3.1.0+ weekly release, STACK will work.

If not, I don't know what to suggest.

Hi Tim, Is it possible to use STACK question type with Maxima on a Shared Linux server?

Thanks

Yes, it should be possible.  You will need to install Maxima etc. (or have you sysadmin do it for you!)
