Hello,
I just upgraded from Moodle 2.9 to 3.1 overnight and overall the upgrade seems to have worked.
However, after logging in, the site page layout/theme seems to be broken, as seen in the attached screenshot.
The login page itself is fine (screenshot attached).
The theme I was previously using was the default Clean theme.
No other themes were installed.
Any ideas???
