Just wondering if PoodLL support for the free version has ended. I've upgraded to 3.1 and the PoodLL feedback plugin doesn't seem to work right for me. When the teacher gives audio feedback and hits Stop, the file appears to be converting and uploading. Yet it doesn't show for the teacher or the student on the Grade report. I checked the settings and made sure that the box for showing feedback was ticked. I also uninstalled and re-installed the feedback plugin but it made no difference. I have only one teacher using this function so it is probably not all that much of an issue. Apart from wondering why it the Feedback plugin doesn't work for me, I guess what I am wondering more long-term is whether we will need to pay for support if something like this continues to happen whenever there is a Moodle core module update and something with PoodLL is affected. I know Nanogong no longer works with 3.0 so it might be a case of no longer having an audio recording resources for small Moodle installations. Thanks much for your "feedback".
