Hi everybody,

I tried to submit the bug on the tracker but it refuses to add it, asking me to search for related one (what I have done, and found nothing), so I describe it here.

context : page-mod-wiki-create

the two following notices (in dev debug mode) show on screen when adding a new page to a wiki in forced format mode.

Steps:

  1. create a new wiki in forced format mode
  2. set title and content to the first page
  3. click the "New" button in navigation block and you're done

Unfortunately, your post does not display the debug notices. I got the following debug-messages when following the steps you described: 

Notice: Undefined index: id in /<<Path to Moodle>>/lib/formslib.php on line 2269

Notice: Undefined index: id in /<<Path to Moodle>>/lib/formslib.php on line 2272

Did you see the same notices?

I also would like to follow up on why you are not able to create issues in the tracker yourself. Have you clicked "watch" or "vote" button on any other UNRESOLVED issue in tracker?
