Yes when you do the cohort enrollment method, you can automatically make it go into the same group in each course. Couldn't find anywhere that would add the cohort enrollment automatically by default. The good thing is that if you just choose the create new group when doing the enrollment, it will automatically create a group that is the name of the cohort with the word cohort added. This will keep the name consistent in each course.
