I try to configured my gmail accout, but not working. If I check mail test , it shows following error . Please tell how to resolve this.

I am always setup smtp config and sent mails but came to some errors, please anybody one's help for me...
That error message is,

2016-05-30 14:06:50 SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111)
