i was wondering if there's been any attempt to distribute the android moodle mobile app via f-droid. i think it would even meet their inclusion policy:

we tried, but we cannot include it since we compile using Phonegap Build (our app is an hybrid app) and have a compilation process that is not supported but f-droid (at least, the last time we checked it)
