Hello,

I need to add some settings when teacher uploads a file to course, about the source of this file.
I added a local plugin that catches the event \core\event\course_module_created, and gives the user a form to fill with all relevant details.
All the fields in the form are required, but if the user exits the form - the file is uploaded to the course without the copyright details and this is a problem.
Is there any idea how to deal with it? Or another way to implement this without changing core code?
