This months font is 'Ritagilo', available from: https://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/ritaglio. You can see it here on Shoehorn with Collapsed Topics running on Moodle 3.1rc (both a work in progress for M3.1):
It caught my eye as being a bit wacky and out of the ordinary.
