Log in page appears before front page

Moodle 3.0+

Running on Centos 2.8, LAMP stack 

No one is able to enroll in my course because a page demanding a log-in appears before the front page with the course info and registration form. This seems to have "happened" while I was travelling in April?? How can I get the previous format back?

John,

Go to Site Administration > Security > Site Policies

When page loads, second option would be, FORCE USERS To LOGIN

see if that is checked, as default is Unchecked.
