I have a questions regarding MP4 videos.

I am using Moodle 2.8 and noticed this morning that whenever I open a forum post in which a video has been attached it automatically begins to download the video. This is not what I want and I must have lost a setting a long the way. I would like the student to have the option to download the video or not.

I would like to open a forum thread without the video or videos automatically downloading. 

Can you tell me where I may find these settings in the Admin panel.

I found the answer to this by searching Google...to a Moodle link.


The answer was disabling Quicktime via Administration > Appearance > Media Embedding. 

This worked for me and still allows for the option to download the video if a student does not want to watch it online...
