Have you tried to set up the delimiter to e.g. " in the import/export settings in the csv view configuration?

I am aware this is an old forum post. However, I was wondering if there was ever a fix for this sort of problem when exporting entries as a CSV file.
I have developed a Professional Development Database using the DataForm activity. Everything is working nicely. However, when the records are exported to CSV, some data is not showing in the correct fields etc. This seems to be the same problem that David reported.
