Does anyone have suggestions if it is possible to archive my students when they complete a course? I'd like to delete all the files and their record from moodle as they can have several hundred MB of data uploaded and my moodle server is now 200GB
Ideally delete the user from moodle, and only if needed I need to restore them and their data.
Courses are ongoing and students start at anytime, so I don't want to archive the course each year and then create a new blank course,
