We are having issues with people purchasing our courses and then copying content out of them for their own programs. Does anyone have examples of a good user license agreement that they would be willing to share that we could have people agree to before they proceed through the course?

I have used something similar and put on a htm file within the moodle directory and set it as the site policy.
