I just finished a brand new version of the theme_aigne, to be 'pluged' in the 2.5 to 3.0 versions of moodle.
I need a lot of feedback, so... let it on...

I've just been revisiting your Aigne theme, which I liked very much.
I'm currently using Moodle 3.0 on my Windows XP Laptop only to find that some PHP code has been depreciated and so the get_user_timezone_offset class nolonger works...boo hoo...
Is there any chance you could find time to look at this?
