I can´t connect OpenBadges to mi Moodle Site

The users in mi Moodle Site can´t connect to "http://backpack.openbadges.org" with their mail!

This is the error message that gives him: "The data returned by the backpack are invalid."

Can someone help me?

Moodle version?

Has the user created a backpack account?

He could try and download the badge to his computer, login into the backpack and then directly upload the badge.

Hi! Honestly im testing this feature, so i didnt lunch it to the users, but i created a test user vinculate to a test backpack account, and it didnt work!

The campus was made in Totara 2.5.6 version that used 2.5.4 Moodle version!

Also, the download button doesnt work! It tries to redirect me to a link but nothing happens!

You probably need to contact whoever supports Totara. It may be based on Moodle, but it's not Moodle.
