It will only overwrite stuff if you tell it to. Your main options are:
- Add new only, skip existing users
- Add all, append number to suernames if needed
- Add new and update existing users
- Update existing user only
It will show you a preview of the upload before you do the actual upload. Just pay real close attention to the options and you can also cancel if you are not sure what you are doing.
