Hello,
I am working on implementing a whole new page that I want to be part of Moodle. This page aims at providing the same kind of functionalities as Moodle but for exercises from other websites. The student and the teacher should constantly be logged on Moodle and the students results have to be saved in the Moodle database.
I am unable to decide between a plugin of type "block" and a "local" plugin. I am not very familiar with Moodle and I would like your opinion.
My page should be accessible from the dashboard. It must be common to all courses, it is not specific to any course.
Please can you tell me what would be best ? Maybe there are other options I did not think about.
