Allow to view the paper to the student after submission of assignment from Moodle Plain or Moodle/Turnitin

In
previous semesters, when I have graded an item, whether in Moodle Plain or
Moodle/Turnitin, it registers the grade and allows the students to view their
paper, the grade, and the comments made. It is not doing this for some
assignments in some of the courses Could you look into this and suggest a
solution.
