I'm running a testing version of our Moodle site on a local computer and need to test the PayPal integration. I've set up a Development account on PayPal with buyer and seller accounts. I've enabled PayPal enrollment for a testing course. The course shows correctly that payment is required and takes the student to the (sandbox) Paypal site to make payment. The payment is processed successfully by (sandbox) PayPal (It shows up under the notifications against the facilitator account). When the student is taken back to Moodle, they get the following message:
Thank you for your payment! Unfortunately your payment has not yet been fully processed, and you are not yet registered to enter the course "[COURSE NAME]". Please try continuing to the course in a few seconds, but if you continue to have trouble then please alert the Teacher of the site administrator."
When they click on the Continue button, they're taken back to the course page, requesting payment.
I've seen in other posts that the Sandbox Paypal only works with US$ so I've made sure that the currency is set to US$ on both the plugin setup and in the course itself.
Any suggestions on why this isn't working would be very welcome.
