I'm using Moodle 3.0 version.
I have a institute and my role is admin.
Teacher and students are registered in my institute(website) and enrolled with the course.
Students are payed the course fee through Paypal Payment process to the Institute(Admin)
How can i pay commission to the Teacher?

That is not a Moodle issue, that is an internal accounting problem.
What you may be able to do, just to get you started, is to generate a report on new enrollments based on classes. You should be getting an activity report from PayPal, plus a report from Moodle about enrollments. If you can develop an application to match them and assign to a teacher, then your problem is solved, but it can't happen inside Moodle.

I mean, Admin to pay the commission to the teacher?
If yes, Please give little notes.
And, in the process between Student and Admin, Where i have to provide Admin Bank Account Details to get the payment.
