Questionnaire (plugin)

Hi Mike,
Thanks for getting to me. I have added something to the bug tracker (http://moodle.org/bugs/bug.php?op=show&bugid=4235).

I strongly think it is a great thing to add to the questionnaire module. The option to determine who student or only teachers have access to the results.

As to "when", please and please, can you try and give some estimate.
