I want install Moodle without opcache installed, then can my moode work?

I have another Moodle with php55w-opcache, but the account admin sometime problem with blank page, i think the problem is php55w-opcache.

Opcache is optional (you'll get a warning but you can ignore it). 

I'm assuming you are using CentOS with the webtatic repository - it certainly should work.
