Have been using saml with moodle 2.7 recently and all working fine
I am now looking at use moodle 3.0 and the standard saml plugin requiring simplesamlphp doesent work with this instead have found the saml2 plugin
The issue i am having is i can't seem to map username to eduPersonPrincipalName as i use to do
getting error
"You have logged in succesfully but we could not find your 'eduPersonPrincipalName' attribute to associate you to an account in Moodle."
Using standard attributes that saml brings from ad work fine such as userPrincipalName, but my saml setup has staff and student domain forest in it students using samaccountname to login to saml and staff using userPrincipalName so i need to use the login they type into the saml login page
Has anyone else had this problem or have any details on the issue
