Some of the users of one of our scorm courses have tried to go back into a scorm, also checked myself logged in as them, but found the issue where the course would not load for them, after double checking everything I removed their scorm attempt both users had only had 1 attempt, this allowed them to then access the course again.
Has anyone come across this before and is there a way to prevent this from happening again, as they have just rolled out a new course but don't want to notify users until they know this issue is resolved.
