Hi, just upgraded from 2.8 to 3x and getting cron warnings via email every time it runs (every 15 mins)
PHP Warning: fopen(/home/data/moodledata/localcache/deff49d0-970b-461f-b7a4-9da973045464/cf6e2e59-d1b7-43d6-8c1d-3ead2f7f6641/): failed to open stream: Is a directory in /var/www/moodle/lib/filelib.php on line 3438
I checked the localcache directory and there are no files here. Just a few directories.
I have been able to run cron manually without error.
I've searched this error/warning and can't find anything conclusive, or anything that would help me to troubleshoot this and am worried about what it may mean.
Anyone come across this or have any ideas?
