How do I change the e-mail notification sent when the Entry state is change?

The configuration form of the entry state field should allow you to define the notification message for each transition.
You can to choose people that will notify
But how can i change the notification in particular state?
Yes, currently not possible. I've started some work on that so it should be available at some point in the future.
