Greetings. We are using Moodle 2.9.
I have a group of assessment assignments with rubrics that we are adding to courses. We would like to restrict teachers from editing these assessment assignments (only) BUT we'd also like them to be able to grade the assignments using the assignment rubric. Is this possible?
