I created a CSV to upload users. It worked properly but after some updates ( not sure what they are), it stopped working and every time I try to upload users with specific cohort using CSV it is giving an error.
can you please help
What does your csv file look like? What error are you getting?

I am using the same way you sent me in uploading the CSV file and I already tested the CSV files. It is working properly.

The French file does not contain the error message. Most people are pretty nervous to open zip and other files. Perhaps you could post a screenshot of the error message here.
