Hi,
Users reported that they don't get registration confirmation email. And I checked and see they are right.
I also sent a pm for test to test-user, and this was the result:
- When I hit the send button, it shows "sending message..."
- Although the message will be sent, but the result of loading message windows will be what you see in screenshot below.
- Also no email will be sent to user to inform that he has new message
- (but we have a plugin that sends sms to user when they have new pm. That sms will be sent to him)
I should also add that email configuration is OK and the problem doesn't seem to be related to that.
Any opinion will be appreciated.
