I run a design project in which each of eight students in a group designs a component of a complex development, such as a harbour. There is an initial planning phase in which the group prepares a feasibility report that explains how the components relate to each other and to the project as a whole.  Each student receives the same "group assessment" of the report, as determined by the examiner, but "bonus marks" are awarded to each member of the group according to the results of the attached peer assessment Questionnaire which is in "radio button" format to encourage students to apply their minds to the questions, rather than simply rank all members at the highest level.
