Help! Submission notification emails suddenly stopped

Hi so it used to send tutors notification emails with an access link in it when a student submitted work but all of a sudden this has stopped.  


It sends other emails from moodle just not the above.  I have the "notify Graders of submission" set to yes under settings and i have a tutor set to the course, i have also checked the tutor role to ensure it is still set to receive notification emails all seems ok


Any help on this would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance

This might not be what is going on, but do make sure that the graders are in the same groups as the students, otherwise the graders will not receive a notification.
