We're looking to move to Moodle 3.0 or 3.1 this summer (from 2.9.1). Based on positive feedback on future features at MoodleMootUK we're seriously thinking about 3.1 (when it's released).
My question is, are there any major theme development changes for us to bare in mind?
I've read through the theme docs again and haven't spotted anything major. Although I did spot some talk of Mustache templates on the forums.
We're using Bas Brands bootstrap theme as the parent for our theme. I recently ran a quick test of updating this theme to latest version on a 3.0 install. Our child theme held up pretty well, with only a couple of minor aesthetic changes.
