Login Issue : Invalid Parameter Value Detected

Hi, my moodle portal "http://ngntestprep.com/lms" is running on Moodle 2.4

I enabled Mobile service to access it through Moodle Mobile App. But all logins fails with error "Invalid Parameter Value Detected" whereas weblogin is successful.

In the logs, I see entry like

webservice moodle_webservice_get_siteinfo182.69.175.202
But the link being searched, is "lms/mod/webservice" , whereas webservice folder is available "lms/webservice"

Not sure if this is the cause of error. I am not able to login with any of the user credentials. Anyone who can help can use credeintials freetest/freetest to check the error.

Please try to change Maximum uploaded file size (link)

or you can try to change the user quota also into 104857600 (default) at the same seetting page.

Thanks Liana, I did check this post. User Quota is correctly set.

"Invalid Parameter Value" is a generic error, not able to figure out what is causing the error

Hi Anuradha,

like I said in the tracker, we need a user test account and development mode enabled in your Moodle site to be able to determine the error. Please send them via e-mail or private message.
